Bring your pups in front of Tough Pups on Water Street and paint your own "Mast-fur-pieces" this year!! Your pups walk through their favorite colors of pet-safe paints and then by walking around on their canvas, they create beautiful abstract paintings!! Only $5, and we'll clean your pup up afterwards!! All of the money raised benefits the Friends of The Elmira Dog Park.
