Elmira Downtown Development is proud to announce that preparations have begun for the annual Elmira Street Painting Festival!Chalk It Up for our Youth : Taking place in four different locations around Elmira throughout June, this "outdoor classroom" will teach 60 local students (grades 3 -12) the art of street painting while they explore and develop their own artistic abilities.
Artists and Crafts: Many arts vendors will display their wares.
Multiple Live Music & Dance Acts throughout festival on Water Street's Main Stage.
