The Third Annual Downtown Elmira Street Painting Festival (ESPF) provides the perfect opportunity to share your artwork, craftsmanship, business, and talents to a huge audience! Approximately 4,000 people attended the festival in 2009 and we're anticipating even larger crowds this year! 2010 holds some important Mark Twain milestones for our community and this year we'll be celebrating Twain during our festival!

In conjunction with Twain 2010: A yearlong celebration honoring the life - and death - of America's Writer, Mark Twain (1835-1910) ESPF will host a special “Mark Twain Gallery” of street paintings of- or inspired by- Mark Twain.
