Elmira Street Painting Festival

The Elmira Street Painting Festival Arts and Craft Show is open to all arts and craft vendors and there is no application fee. The festival is free and open to the public and features the street painters and craft vendors along with music and food. The street painting artists will create temporary artworks on the streets of downtown Elmira during the festival. The craft show will take place throughout the festival.
Over the last three years, the festival has attracted thousands of visitors and is estimated to draw an even larger crowed in its fourth year with the addition of the craft show and an expanded performance program.
There is no fee to submit an application. The festival booth fee is $50.00 for both Saturday and Sunday. Submit your application now!
